This allows the specified arc parameters to
be treated as the first global paramters in
the E-MATRIX. At present only the drag
parameters can be selected.[1]

= 0 - drag parameters will be selected
= 1 - turns off this option for the drag parameters
8-15 Additional parameters to be added in the future.
