one reference date may be used. If more than one reference date is
found the last one will be used.
See option card PLATE to request application of the tectonic plate
model. Inclusion of a PLATIM card without a PLATE card will NOT
invoke the plate model.
IF CARD OMITTED: If PLATE motion is applied, the reference date will be
800101 and no additional station coordinate printouts
will be made.
