[RADS] Jason-2 Cycle 21 Pass 77

Dear RADS users,

For those who have found problems in j2p0077c021.nc (just as Eric  
Leuliette) ... here comes relief.

The GDR file that was the source of this pass was faulty. I have now  
downloaded a new version (along with the whole cycle for good measure)  
and reprocessed the whole cycle.

None of the other pass files were actually changed. The error was  
limited to the first ~100 latitude values in that single pass.

I'll look out for more of those instances in Jason-2.
