[RADS] Jason-1 version B to version C transfer nears completion

Dear all,

I just wanted to give you all a heads-up about the status of the  
transition of Jason-1 from GDR version B to GDR version C, which  
started about a year ago.

We are nearing the end of the transition, the only (23) cycles left  
that are version B are:
35, 36, 49, 60, 65, 67-70, 72, 82, 86, 89-91, 94, 108, 137, 139,  
146-148, 179

As a reminder, although the contents of GDR version C is significantly  
different from version B, the RADS processing of the Jason-1 GDRs  
makes the resulting products nearly indistinguishable. As a result,  
you can safely combine Jason-1 RADS data based on GDR version B and  
version C.
