[RADS] Minor software update for ifort compilers

Dear RADS users,

Jim Mansbridge of CSIRO kindly provided me with a minor fix in the configure.ac (and hence configure) file that would only affect users of the ifort Fortran compiler. This compiler requires the option -extend-source, not -extended-source as it was coded.

For those with ifort compilers who had a problem compiling the code, can get the new source by synching the "rads/code" directory on the Delft server, i.e.:

rsync -av radsuser at rads.tudelft.nl::rads/code
