or station
7-14 I8 Station number - all data for this
station will be deleted.
16-17 I2 Measurement type - GEODYN I - all
data of this type will be deleted.
NOTE: One can use as many DELETE cards as necessary,
however any one card can indicate only one
station number or a measurement type.
If both fields 7-14 and 16-17 are non-zero
then the card is invalid.
